Welcome to Prestige Oral Surgery
Your first visit is all about getting to know you and what brought you in. We’ll take the time to listen, understand your goals, and walk you through every option available to you.
What to Expect
From the moment you arrive, our team is here to help you feel welcomed. You’ll be greeted by a friendly face at the front desk, given a brief tour of the office, and made comfortable before your appointment begins.
Once you’re feeling settled, Dr. Erakat will sit down with you to talk through your oral health concerns and goals. He’ll review your medical and dental history, perform a thorough oral examination, and use 3D imaging when needed to get a complete view of what’s happening beneath the surface. Every step is explained as you go, so you always know what’s happening and why.
Our Experience
When it comes to oral surgery, experience and training matter. Dr. Erakat is a Harvard-trained oral and maxillofacial surgeon with both a DMD and an MD — representing one of the highest levels of specialization in the field.
His focus areas include dental implants, full mouth restoration, wisdom teeth removal, and sedation and anesthesia. With years of clinical experience and a steady, patient-first approach, Dr. Erakat is committed to giving you care that’s both clinically excellent and genuinely personal.
Patient Comfort and Safety
Your comfort is part of every decision we make. The office is equipped with leading-edge surgical technology, advanced sedation options, and the kind of calm environment that helps put you at ease before treatment even begins. Strict infection control and safety protocols are in place at every step, so you can focus on your care with peace of mind.
Ongoing Care at Prestige Oral Surgery
After your initial consultation, our team will follow up with clear next steps, scheduling support, and any guidance to help prepare you for future appointments. Between visits, we’re available to answer questions and offer tips for keeping your oral health on track. We’re invested in your overall wellbeing, and are with you for the long-term. Please never be afraid to reach out with any questions.
Our Expertise
Oral surgery covers a wide range of treatments, and Dr. Erakat has built his practice around the procedures patients most often need — dental implants, full mouth restoration, wisdom teeth removal, bone grafting, and sedation and anesthesia. Each of these is a specialty, and each is performed in-house using leading-edge surgical technology.
What truly sets the experience apart is how that care is delivered. 3D imaging helps Dr. Erakat plan with precision. Advanced sedation options keep you at ease. And a personal approach makes the entire process feel like a partnership.

The Prestige Oral Surgery Difference
Every patient who walks through our doors leaves with a treatment plan built specifically for them. Dr. Erakat will share what he’s found during your evaluation, talk through the options that make sense for your goals, and answer any questions you have along the way. When you’re ready for a clear path toward a healthier smile, schedule your consultation with us to get started.
Frequently Asked Questions
A few of the things patients ask us most often before their first visit.
Please bring a photo ID, your insurance card, and a list of any medications you’re currently taking. If you’ve had imaging or dental records from another provider that may be relevant, bring those along as well — or ask your referring dentist to send them over before your visit. Our front desk team is happy to coordinate any of that on your behalf.
Most first visits last about an hour. That time includes your conversation with Dr. Erakat, a thorough oral examination, any imaging that’s needed, and a discussion of your treatment options. We never want you to feel rushed, so we build in plenty of time to make sure your questions are answered before you leave.
In most cases, your first visit is focused on evaluation and planning, rather than treatment. That said, some procedures — like wisdom tooth removal or certain extractions — can be performed the same day, if appropriate. Dr. Erakat will walk you through what’s possible based on your individual case, and any treatment will only move forward once you feel fully informed and ready.
